Data Collection and Storage

Test results on this site (best scores, recent history and the daily log) are stored in your browser's localStorage, and you can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data. When a test result is final, only the test, its score range (for example, 250-⁠259 ms for reaction time) and the date are sent anonymously to our server to compile the top % and the distribution chart. No cookies are attached to this request, and it does not include the score value itself, your history or any device identifier. Your IP address reaches the server as part of any connection, but it is neither stored nor logged. The server keeps only counts per test and score range, and no personal records.

Contact Form

Information submitted through the contact form (category, message) is used to respond to your inquiry and to prevent abuse, and, except where required by law or to report abuse, will not be shared with third parties. When you send an inquiry, we record the sender's IP address and keep it to prevent and respond to abuse. Submitted content may also be passed to a third-party automated processing service to detect spam and, where needed, to translate it.

Robot Workshop game

For the friends and rankings in the Robot Workshop game, your device sends to our server the workshop number and key it creates (the server stores only a hash of the key), the numbers that make up your workshop name, your friend links (the other workshop's number), your teams and results, and the date. A value made from your IP address is used only for rate limiting and is deleted after 2 days. We do not store the IP address itself.
